Refund and Exchange

Return and Exchange Policy:
All products are carefully inspected by us before shipping, so once a product is sold, no refunds are provided.

Exchange Policy:
If you discover the following issues with the received product within 3 days:
1. Product is damaged.
2. Ordered product/color/size does not match.
    You can contact us to apply for an exchange. When the application is verified to meet the exchange conditions,
    we will arrange for the return and exchange as soon as possible. You must send the faulty product within 5 working days. Late submissions will not be accepted.
     
    *We only covers the shipping fee for sending out the new product.
    *Due to hygiene concerns, earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
